Find a dining terrace with local people in the old town Tallinn is mission impossible. Who says what I have covered each and every one of its streets, both at lunch and at night. So, if you want to sit and have a pleasant evening on a terrace, you have to pay the toll to be surrounded by tourists, eating recipes for tourists and tourists pay price.
