Suggested itinerary: Bahia in 15 days for independent travellers

Day 1: Arrival in Salvador and way to Praia do Forte

This first day we recommend you to go directly to Praia do Forte, as it is only 50 miles north of Bay airport. Day 4: Chapada Diamantina: northern caves

Day 5: Chapada Diamantina: the Poços

Day 6: Chapada Diamantina

Day 7: Salvador de Bahia

This day we recommend you to visit the city of Salvador. Day 11: From Morro de Sao Paulo to Boipeba

Day 13: Boipeba: walking tour in the island

For this day, we will recommend you doing a walking tour from Boipeba to Moreré by the stunning beaches of Boca de Barra, Tassimirim, Cueira, Moreré and Bainema. Then go back by the interior enjoying the scenery and the characteristic Atlantic Forest. The Smart Route will explain you how to do everything without dying in the attempt! Night in Boipeba.

Day 14: Back to Salvador
