Dinner in Tokyo:

Gonpachi is one of Tokyo's most "in" restaurants. It came to fame when used by Tarantino to film one of the most famous scenes in Kill Bill. There are two sections: downstairs is the Japanese-style meat grill and upstairs is the sushi bar. We recommend the sushi bar, both for the food (which is delicious) and the atmosphere (Zen garden). It serves fantastic, genuine sushi delicatessen. Ask for the tuna "cutler" and the shrimp tempura "international roll". Spectacular.

You will need to make a reservation a couple of days before: Tel. No.: 03-(5771) 0170 (English spoken).

To get there, take the north Roppongi Hills exit, which leads onto Roppongi street. Go down the street on the left until you reach quite a large intersection. The restaurant is on the northwest corner. The address is 1-13-11 Nishi-Azabu, Minato Ku, Tokyo.
