For dinner, we recommend Nasi, a small restaurant with outdoor seating on a canal. Taking Dong Da Street out of Market Square, it's on the first bridge on the right. We liked the fried veal with potatoes and fried rice noodles. If you're in the mood for a bit of luxury, try the tasty red wine from Yunnan (100CNY). Dinner should run you 25-30CNY per person (wine not included).
