Where to eat: Naples Restaurants

Where to eat a great pizza napolitana:

Da Michele, Nápoles

Our favourite, the pizza at Da Michele, on the Via Cesar Sersale 1/3 (going up by the Via P. Colletta from Corso Umberto I). The margarita is superb but so is the marinera (without cheese but with garlic). The pizzas cost 4€ (5.5€ with a soft drink). The queues for a table are endless but you can also buy take-away and eat it in the street. It closes some days at the end of August; you can check it on their page,

More "showy" is the pizza at Pizzeria dal Presidente, on the sameVia Tribunali, on the way to Via Duomo. Also really good with lots of variety. As well as pizzas they serve small pies, croquettes and other fried snacks.

Very close by is the Pizzería Sorbillo, this is really popular with the locals and has fewer queues and is on the Via Tribunali 32.
